You will assist in goal setting, job prospect exploration, and building essential skills such as resume writing and interview preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform assessments and develop action plans with clients
• Locate job opportunities and contact potential employers
• Collaborate with training facilitators for client support




• Facilitate workshops and information sessions
• Maintain detailed client records and manage data
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Social Services or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in employment services
• Experience with vulnerable job seekers
• Strong digital literacy and communication skills
• Knowledge of employment-related practices and resources
