Responsibilities
- Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our Customers
- Renovation projects such as cabinet installation
- Special projects such as water restoration, mould remediation, pest control (inspection and application), confined space work etc.
- Advise and assist Maintenance Associates with repairs and maintenance
- Ensure daily communication with the Leader and team members
- Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment
- Ensure proper and accurate inventory management
- Complete all required administration for the position on a tablet
- Complete other tasks as assigned by the Leader
- Work in compliance with Health and Safety regulations
- Work as a team with other staff members to ensure goals are met
Experience And Educational Requirements
- Construction / carpentry background preferred with solid experience in drywall, residential plumbing, flooring,
installing cabinetry and minor electrical
- Framing experience would be an asset
- Flood cleanup and mold remediation certification preferred
- Experience doing forms and concrete work an asset
Technical Requirements
- Working knowledge of English both verbal and written
- Driver’s license required with ability to drive truck with trailer
- Familiarity with computer tablets is an asset

- Ensure have all tool on the tool list prior to end of probationary period
- Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
- Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
