As a valued team member in the Third Party Residential Underwriting Division of First National, you will report to the Manager and Team Lead. Your expertise will assist in instructing, advancing, and closing mortgage files efficiently. You'll ensure accuracy, confirm solicitor authorization, and prepare instructional packages while maintaining compliance with all guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify solicitor entitlement and ensure accuracy of details
• Prepare and send instructional packages to solicitors
• Follow up for advance requests and document completion




• Organize mortgage files and check fund requests
• Coordinate timely fund releases with accounting
Requirements:
• Completed post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in the Financial Services sector
• Familiarity with the Mortgage industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage pressure in high-volume environments
