The ideal candidate brings strong procurement experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.Responsibilities:Implement procurement strategies in partnership with category leadership to support business objectives.Translate sourcing and category plans into actionable procurement initiatives.Manage the operational and tactical procurement of goods and services to meet cost, quality, and service expectations.Oversee contract implementation and ensure compliance with internal standards and policies.Supplier Management & Strategic SourcingLead supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and onboarding activities.Monitor supplier performance and drive accountability through ongoing performance reviews and improvement initiatives.Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support long-term business objectives.Identify opportunities to optimize sourcing strategies, reduce costs, and improve supplier performance.Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with internal teams to understand business requirements and align procurement activities with organizational priorities.Support cross-functional initiatives and ensure sourcing decisions support operational goals.Communicate procurement plans, risks,
