Overview

Manager, Technology Business Management (TBM) responsible for driving strategic alignment of technology investments with organizational goals, providing critical insights into technology spend and performance to enable data‑driven decisions and optimize value.

Responsibilities

Supports development and implementation of TBM frameworks to optimize technology portfolios and drive investment decisions.

Works with senior management to analyze technology spend, identify cost optimization opportunities, and establish metrics to measure technology value.

Partners with finance and procurement to develop and monitor technology budgets, forecasts, and cost recovery models.

Coordinates with IT and business stakeholders to align initiatives with strategic objectives and ensure delivery of key projects.

Prepares and presents executive dashboards, reports, and recommendations to inform leadership on technology performance and value realization.

Collaborates with the Cloud Optimization team to support comprehensive visibility of cloud implications to overall cost, project activities, operational processes, and business cases.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications (TBM, ITIL, PMP) preferred.





Minimum 5 years of experience in technology business management, IT financial management or a related discipline.

Demonstrated expertise in technology budgeting, cost analysis, and performance measurement.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Knowledge of TBM tools and frameworks, and familiarity with IT service management practices.

Experience working in cross‑functional teams and managing complex projects in a large organization.

Base Salary range: $105,000 - $155,000 .
