Duties & Responsibilities

- Be responsible for the day-to-day execution of tasks and may be involved in the planning for the direction of the department.
- Achieve budgeted goals related to sales, margin, expenses & inventory and execute sales strategies that support the Sherwood Co‑ops vision.
- Achieve established objectives in terms of brand, service, quality and timeliness of delivery and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in recruitment, training, development,



coaching and motivating the department team while fostering a positive work environment that enables the engagement of all team members in the pursuit of desired results.

Qualifications

- A minimum of three years of retail management experience.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a special skill of motivating employees to achieve robust results.
- A solid understanding of computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Analytical and organized; committed to producing quality work.
- Youre honest, bondable and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- Flexible availability.
