Perpetua provides retail media optimization and market intelligence technology for the world's smartest eCommerce brands. Within the Flywheel suite of offerings, the Perpetua business focuses specifically on challenger brands and the agencies who serve them.ResponsibilitiesAct as key leader for an internal DSP team and external group of clientsOversee strategic recommendations and quarterly planning for a portfolio of DSP clientsLead a team of media managers and specialists; consistently provide training, development and ongoing feedback to support their growth and developmentContribute to business growth by proactively identifying recent opportunities to expand client’s success using media as the driverContinuously support the development and improvement of our operational processes to drive efficiencyMonitoring industry news and platform changes, flagging potentially relevant updates for clients to broader Flywheel team to identify implications and recommended actionSome travel required, depending on client needsQualificationsYou have 6+ years of “hands on keys” experience in programmatic advertising including a variety of DSPs and biddable platformsYou have 2+ years of experience leading and managing a teamYou are comfortable being in a client facing role and thrive off of building relationships with new/existing clientsYou possess strong analytical skills with substantial knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, etc)You thrive in dynamic and demanding situations when faced with ambiguityYou have strong project management, attention to detail, and organizational skills with the ability to work within tight deadlinesYou have great interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills; you can build rapport with others and present decks with easeYou are innovative and are an independent thinker with the ability to use data to influence decisionsYou have an entrepreneurial spirit with a problem‑solving approach to complex tasksSalary Range$90,000 - $120,000 CADWorking at FlywheelWe are proud to offer all Flywheelers a competitive rewards package and unparalleled career growth opportunities and a supportive, fun and engaging culture.We have office hubs across the globe where team members can go to feel productive, inspired,
