Base pay range

CA$55,000.00/yr - CA$65,000.00/yr

Insight Global is seeking a Bilingual Microsoft Licensing Specialist to join a top IT company in a fully-remote permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop deep knowledge of Microsoft programs and offerings.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes promptly.
- Verify purchase orders for accuracy before processing.
- Ensure smooth and timely order processing through internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Admin, Technical, Operations) to meet customer needs.
- Resolve order-related issues with persistence, tact, and attention to detail.
- Provide backup support to team members to uphold service excellence.

Requirements

- Knowledge of the following Microsoft programs: MPSA, Select Plus, EA (Enterprise Agreement), CSP, EES, Microsoft Portal




- 2+ years of experience in a Microsoft licensing position

Compensation

CA$55K - CA$65K per year + full benefits packages
