This role is critical for supporting the Vice President of Retail Sales and expanding the advisor network. You will collaborate closely with sales leaders to develop business plans targeting growth opportunities in Calgary or Edmonton. Your ability to adapt and be innovative will be vital for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and grow the advisor base through consultative sales
• Support Vice President, Retail Sales in client engagement strategies
• Assist with developing targeted business plans for success
• Meet and exceed activity targets to advance sales opportunities
• Maintain detailed CRM records of client interactions
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in business or finance
• 2+ years of sales experience in financial services
• Canadian Securities Course completion or in progress
• Strong communication skills in English; French is an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
