As a key member of the team, you will oversee the Refrigeration department, guiding both Journeypersons and Apprentices while managing budgets and materials. Your ability to coordinate tasks and communicate across departments will be vital in fulfilling operational needs and maintaining the HVAC systems in top condition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and support staff in refrigeration tasks
• Develop and manage the department budget
• Handle dispatch calls and assign tasks accordingly
• Ensure timely communication with mall departments
• Maintain and manage inventory for the refrigeration team
Requirements:
• Journeyperson/Red Seal HVAC Refrigeration certification
• Minimum 5-7 years in HVAC refrigeration repair
• Leadership experience in a supervisory capacity
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be adaptable with working hours and pass security clearance
