This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the CEO.Position Overview The Director of Finance will own financial reporting, forecasting, commissions, and cashflow management in a rapid‑paced, high‑growth environment. This role combines strong technical expertise with business partnership and executive‑level communication.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with outsourced accounting to ensure accurate, timely month‑end close and financial reportingReview and analyze monthly financial statements, accruals, and variancesPrepare executive financial packages highlighting performance, risks, and opportunitiesLead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario planningManage cashflow forecasting and liquidity monitoringOversee payroll and commission analysis, modeling, and validationIdentify financial risks, margin improvement, and operational efficienciesBuild scalable models and dashboards using Excel, Power BI,
