Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to plan of care set by supervisors
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• Report changes in residents' conditions promptly
• Prepare nutritious meals and aid in mobility

Requirements:
• Graduate of Health Care Aide program with experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated skills in personal care duties
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification recommended
