As a critical part of the Government and Strategic Relations team, the Government Relations Advisor supports MNBC’s mission through high-level administrative tasks, strategic planning, and project management. You will develop effective communication strategies and enhance MNBC's relationships with various government bodies, making a significant impact in the process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide logistical support for the Government and Stakeholder Relations team
• Develop strategies to strengthen relationships with government officials
• Prepare detailed notes and reports for management and officials
• Organize high-level meetings, including logistics and follow-ups
• Act as a liaison between MNBC and government entities
Requirements:
• Diploma in Political Science, Communications, or related discipline
• Two years of experience in government relations or project management
• Proven ability to manage complex projects
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Métis contributions in B.C.
