Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate planning and execution of aquatic programs
• Maintain records of scheduling and program participation
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations




• Mentor aquatic instructors to enhance service delivery
• Act as a community liaison for program inquiries
Requirements:
• Required National Lifeguard and Instructor certifications
• At least 3 years in aquatic coordination roles
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Effective communication and conflict resolution abilities
• Current First Aid certifications and Police Check required
