This commitment to knowledge, service, and continuous improvement has helped build a workplace where employees develop their skills while supporting customers with confidence.For more information about us, please visit patsauto.Ca.About The OpportunityPat's Auto Supply is looking for a full-time Senior Marketing Manager based in Grande Prairie, Alberta .Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, you will play a key role in shaping and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen Pat's Auto Supply's brand presence, customer relationships, and growth across Northern Alberta and British Columbia.In this position, you will be primarily responsible for developing and delivering marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional initiatives, supporting sales teams through effective marketing materials, and leading customer and staff engagement initiatives across the organization.More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Planning, developing,
and executing seasonal marketing campaigns while tracking performance and resultsCollaborating with internal teams including sales and inventory to support strategic marketing initiatives and promotional programsCreating and updating website content while monitoring online traffic and campaign performance using analytics toolsDesigning and producing marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, signage, and promotional materials that support sales initiativesPlanning and coordinating customer and staff appreciation events including golf tournaments, branch barbecues, and company celebrationsManaging promotional inventory, coordinating distribution across branches, and overseeing customer gifting and loyalty initiativesAdministering internal programs including employee recognition initiatives and training or development eventsMonitoring marketing trends and performance, managing campaign budgets and ROI tracking, and identifying opportunities based on regional market insightsMore About YouTo qualify, you will need 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including operating at a senior level where you have been responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives, ideally supported by a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.The following are required :Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekendsAbility to occasionally travel locally for company events or trade showsAdditionally,
the following skills and background will be highly valued:Interest in or enthusiasm for the automotive industryStrong graphic design capabilities using tools such as Adobe Creative SuiteExperience planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channelsProficiency managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google BusinessExperience creating marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, signage, and promotional materialsExperience coordinating events such as customer appreciation activities, corporate events, or community initiativesExperience managing marketing budgets and tracking campaign performanceStrong writing, editing, and proofreading skills across digital and print communicationsExperience managing relationships with external vendors including printers, designers, and marketing suppliersAs our ideal candidate, you will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a quick-paced environment.
