Key Responsibilities:
• Champion the organization’s vision and values
• Model trauma-informed care approaches
• Conduct regular performance audits and evaluations
• Facilitate improvement discussions with staff
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse license from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• At least two years of nursing management experience
• Proficiency with InterRAI assessments
• Evidence of strong people-oriented communication
• Commitment to continuous career development
