Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct participant assessments and create treatment plans
• Facilitate psycho-educational workshops effectively
• Provide mindfulness training and coping strategy education

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in addictions/mental health
• Skills in facilitating groups and providing therapeutic interventions
• Exceptional communication and crisis management skills
• Valid BC driver's license and a reliable vehicle
