Key Responsibilities:
• Develop relationships through proactive owner communication
• Direct onsite staff, including superintendents and cleaners
• Manage the Condominium Corporation budget and capital expenditures




• Prepare packages for Board of Directors meetings
• Ensure timely collection of fees and upkeep of maintenance logs
Requirements:
• 2+ years of Property Management experience is preferred
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and bookkeeping is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
• Ability to handle tight deadlines and confidential information
