They are a growing start-up seeking a strongDirector of Financeto partner with the CEO/Founder to scale the business!Why Work HerePartner with senior leadership in strategic discussions and board meetings.Lead the finance function and drive process improvements.Contribute to operational finance and strategic initiatives, including growth and pricing decisions.Working arrangement4 days/week in office - Downtown TorontoAbout the OpportunityControllership & AccountingOversee monthly close processes in partnership with outsourced bookkeepers.Ensure QuickBooks accuracy, conduct payroll audits, and manage general accounting tasks.Maintain financial accuracy and compliance across the organization.Strategic Finance & PlanningDevelop financial models, scenario planning,
