with strong proficiency in TypeScript4+ years building web-based applications, with depth in React or another modern frontend frameworkSolid backend development experience in Node.Js or similar technologies, across multiple services and codebasesExperience with multiple programming languages and modern frameworks, plus a range of development and production monitoring toolsA track record of leading the design and delivery of features or components end to endExperience designing inter-dependent modules and features (system design)Experience mentoring or coaching more junior engineersStrong fundamentals in computer science conceptsGreat-to-havesExperience with Ruby (Grape and Sequel) — our core backend services run on itExperience with Redis for caching, sessions, and background job processing (e.G.
