Job Title Investment Analyst Job Description The primary responsibility of the Investment Analyst is to provide comprehensive analysis and operational support for system enhancements, investment onboarding, data integration, change management, and production support. This role requires collaboration with Middle Office and Investment Operations, Investments, and IT teams. Responsibilities Collaborate with business partners to understand functional requirements and translate business use cases into data specifications for workflow enhancements. Streamline investment operations processes, enabling automated data integration with the workflow solution. Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboard reporting for operational oversight. Participate in testing, defect triaging, and planning sessions to identify issue root causes and facilitate solution discussions with internal teams. Provide production support and communicate with business partners regarding system behaviors and clarifications in the deal-closing workflow. Establish new business processes, including roles and responsibilities, for the target state support model of the Private Asset Deal Closing Workflow solution. Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills A university degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related discipline. 3+ years of experience in investment management, specifically in Investment Finance or Investment Operations, with asset management industry experience preferred. Proficiency in business analysis and process design, particularly with Power Platform and Powerapp workflows.



Understanding of the full end-to-end investment lifecycle and key events in Private Market Investments (Private Equity, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Credit). Ability to deliver quality outputs in a rapid-paced environment, manage tight deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with cross-functional teams and colleagues at all levels. Ability to work independently with minimal direction, demonstrating proactivity and responsibility. Additional Skills & Qualifications Relevant professional designation such as CPA or CFA is an asset. Experience with data analysis, snowflake, Powerapp workflow, and database management. Knowledge of Private Markets, Fund Accounting, Investment Operations, Capital Markets, UAT, and Portfolio Monitoring. Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Toronto, ON.
