Key Responsibilities:
• Connect with individuals facing homelessness
• Conduct needs assessments and set individual goals




• Refer clients to appropriate housing solutions
• Provide support in navigating services and appointments
• Collaborate with a network of community partners
Requirements:
• Relevant degree or at least 3 years of experience
• Knowledge of housing laws and community resources
• Effective communication skills
• Class 5 Driver’s License and vehicle preferred
• Flexible schedule availability preferred
