About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Repair Technician to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will repair and maintain heated units at customer locations. This is an active, practical position suited for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with their hands, driving from site to site, and taking pride in quality workmanship. Full training is provided—no prior toilet repair experience required.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Travel to customer sites to perform on-site repairs of portable toilets and washroom trailers
- Troubleshoot issues and complete general repairs following company training and guidelines
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure units remain protected, reliable, and ready for service
- Inspect equipment and communicate additional repair needs to dispatch or management




- Maintain accurate repair and service documentation
- Conduct routine pre- and post-trip inspections of company vehicles and tools
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle, tools, and work area

What We’re Looking For

- General handyman skills are adequate
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical and/or general repairs
- G Driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract preferred
- HVAC experience is a bonus
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage maintenance priorities
- Comfortable working overtime when required

Job Type: Fulltime

Work Location: Fully Onsite

Pay: $22 - $28 per hour
