Key Responsibilities:
• Develop job postings and screen applicants effectively
• Consult with managers to create candidate lists

• Participate in Exit and Stay Interview processes
• Collaborate with student recruitment initiatives
Requirements:
• College Diploma in Human Resources or related field
• 1-2 years relevant Human Resources experience
• Knowledge of HR best practices and KPIs
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software
