At Vernon Hyundai, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional customer experience while representing the quality and innovation of Hyundai vehicles. We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager / F&I; Specialist to join our leadership team.

This role will work closely alongside our Finance Manager and Sales Manager, supporting both the sales floor and finance department to ensure a smooth, professional, and efficient purchase experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets
- Assist with deal structuring and closing, ensuring smooth transactions from the showroom to delivery
- Work with customers to present and secure financing and protection products including warranties and vehicle protection packages
- Collaborate with the Finance Manager on lender approvals, paperwork accuracy, and compliance
- Work alongside the Sales Manager to help guide the sales team and maintain strong sales processes
- Maintain positive relationships with lenders and partners




- Ensure all deals meet dealership policies and regulatory requirements
- Deliver an outstanding and transparent customer experience throughout the purchase process

Qualifications

- Automotive dealership experience required (sales, finance, or management)
- Knowledge of automotive financing and lender programs is an asset
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Solid organizational and administrative skills
- Valid driver’s license
