At Verve Senior Living, we’re hiring a Certified Resident Services Attendant to enhance residents’ experiences. You will be part of a dedicated team that fosters independence and well-being through individualized care plans. Your role will encompass cognitive, emotional, and social support while maintaining a protected living space for seniors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with the care team on resident care plans
• Provide comfort and safety through daily support




• Observe and document changes in residents’ conditions
• Assist with daily living activities and dining services
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education and health care aide certification
• Certified in Emergency First Aid and CPR
• Previous experience with seniors is an asset
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and in a team
