Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Registered Nurse on care procedures
• Notify physicians of significant changes in resident status
• Supervise Personal Support Workers effectively
• Participate in care team reports and discussions




• Ensure compliance with health regulations and best practices
Requirements:
• Proven experience in geriatric or rehabilitation nursing
• Current Certificate of Competence from Ontario's College of Nurses
• Familiarity with healthcare legislation and standards
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
