Lead Applied Behaviour Analysis services at PATHways Centre in Burlington, Ontario. As a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll train staff and support families to empower neurodiverse individuals.
This full-time role seeks a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA, Ont.) with a dedication to guiding clinical staff and enhancing treatment for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will play a pivotal role in developing treatment plans and ensuring service quality within a multidisciplinary framework, collaborating with healthcare professionals to offer integrated care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor behaviour analysts and therapy assistants
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment and Behaviour Support Plans
• Conduct and analyze clinical assessments effectively




• Ensure treatment integrity through data analysis and observations
• Collaborate with social workers and mental health professionals
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field
• RBA, Ont. in valuable standing with CPBAO
• 3-5 years of ABA therapy experience
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
