Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation
• Conduct and update resident care assessments
• Coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams




• Supervise care and medication provided by unregulated staff
• Respond to changes in residents' conditions appropriately
Requirements:
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse in the province
• Experience in gerontology and care coordination
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening (VPS)
