The ideal candidate will create high-quality baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts, in a fast-paced environment. This role requires precision, creativity, and a passion for baking while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.Key Responsibilities:Production:- Measure and combine ingredients as per recipes and production schedules.- Mix and knead dough by hand or with machinery.- Shape dough for bread, pastries, and other baked goods.- Proof dough and monitor oven temperatures for accurate baking.Decorating & Quality:- Bake items following specified recipes and time frames.- Decorate baked goods with icings, glazes, and toppings.- Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards for appearance and taste.Operations & Maintenance:- Maintain a clean, organized workspace,
