Director Finance, Strategic Initiative Management Join Sun Life as a Director of Finance, responsible for supporting the financial stewardship of approximately $1 billion in strategic initiatives across the enterprise. This role develops globally consistent financial metrics to help enterprise leaders understand the value created by initiatives. What You’ll Be Doing Develop and maintain quarterly financial reporting for key strategic initiatives. Drive financial insights from initiatives for senior leaders. Create financial metrics that link qualitative outcomes to financial results. Partner with Business, Risk Management, and Value Realization Office to ensure globally consistent messaging on initiatives. Lead planning, budgeting, and forecast cycles for enterprise initiatives reporting. Lead expense‑related initiatives as required. Identify and recommend process‑improvement opportunities to foster continuous improvement. What You’ll Need To Succeed 5+ years in expense management and planning & analysis roles. Solution orientation with solid analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proven experience in cost accounting, modelling, allocation creation, and analysis. CPA or equivalent accounting designation. Experience working in large, complex organizations. Creative,
