This integral role within JLL's Operations Maintenance team requires expertise in repairing and maintaining equipment throughout the facility. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include troubleshooting mechanical issues and mentoring junior technicians while promoting safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and maintain pneumatic systems and material handling equipment
• Complete preventative maintenance with proper documentation
• Troubleshoot electrical problems in all machinery
• Foster positive relationships across the Operations facility
• Manage and store inventory effectively
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in material handling repair
• Experience in predictive and preventative maintenance
• Ability to work versatile schedules, including weekends
• Willingness to lift up to 49 lbs and complete 12-hour shifts
