The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is seeking a Families First Home Visitor to start soon as part of a maternity leave coverage. You will connect with families, utilizing your experience with young children to provide guidance and resources. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct home visits to support families with young children
• Utilize curriculum resources to guide family development
• Implement strength-based and trauma-informed practices




• Maintain documentation and program reporting
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
• Minimum one year experience with families and young children
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Certification in relevant support fields is an asset
• Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver's license required
• Ability to travel throughout the region for home visits
