At Motion Industries, we are seeking an Inside Fluid Power Technician to be part of our dedicated service shop team. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and reassembling fluid power components like pumps and valves. You will report to the Shop Supervisor while maintaining strict quality and safety standards in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Disassemble and inspect incoming hydraulic components
• Use tools for diagnostics and failure analysis
• Create detailed job forms for repair estimates




• Repair and machine components using shop equipment
• Reassemble units to OEM specifications and conduct tests
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
• 2-5 years fluid power repair experience required
• Proficient in interpreting engineering blueprints
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks
• Solid focus on health and safety standards
