This role ensures reliable performance of hardware, software, and network systems that support warehouse operations, while leading a team of IT support associates to deliver timely technical assistance.What You'll DoAssign tasks, manage schedules, and monitor team performance.Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues.Provide training and guidance on systems, tools, and processes.Provide hands-on support for warehouse IT systems (RF scanners, printers, workstations, mobile devices).Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.Ensure minimal downtime for warehouse operations systems (WMS, ERP interfaces).Manage user accounts,
