Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

Comprehensive product and product application knowledge in target market segment

Able to prospect new customers and increase sale with existing accounts

Process customer orders to completion including pricing, substitutions (if required) and sourcing additional information





Maintain existing accounts and build/strengthen customer relationships by evaluating customer’s needs and being the value added solution provider

Identify customer requirements and provide profitable solutions and close the sale

Actively engage with customers at EMCO events, trade shows and other industry activities

Monitor customer satisfaction and provide prompt, professional conflict resolution

Work closely with the inside sales team

Qualifications

Requirements

College Diploma or equivalent

High level of detail orientation and organization: able to prioritize deadlines

Ability to work well in asupportiveteambasedenvironment

Strong work ethic and high regard tocustomer service

Strong written and verbal communication skills to build and maintain solid working relationships with customers, vendors and teammates

Industry relatedproduct knowledge

Additional Information

Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 + Uncapped Commission
