This administrative role reports directly to the Director of Adult and Mi’kmaq Hearing and Speech Services. You'll collaborate with the management team, providing advanced administrative support while ensuring smooth coordination of activities. The role covers everything from scheduling appointments to facilitating department-wide events, requiring a proactive and organized approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and prioritize requests for information and assistance
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and communications
• Manage the daily schedule and necessary materials for directors
• Support Occupational Health, Safety, and Wellness Committee
• Liaise with clinical sites and stakeholders for follow-ups
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of administrative support experience
• Post-secondary education in business or office administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, and Adobe
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of SharePoint and website tools is a plus
