GIP-Potzus Ltd. is actively seeking an experienced Groundman for gravel crushing operations. You will work onsite maintaining equipment and managing activities at our gravel crushers. Key responsibilities include operation and maintenance of heavy machinery, alongside supervision duties and documentation management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and manage grounds at gravel crushing sites
• Diagnose and repair crushing-related equipment
• Complete essential daily logs and paperwork
• Supervise ground activities during operations
• Utilize skid steer and other heavy equipment as needed
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of gravel crushing/screening experience
• Solid mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Ability to work long hours on the road
• Physically fit to lift 50lbs from ground to shoulder
