Full time, permanent £37,000 per year Nevis Landscape Partnership is recruiting a Manager to lead the organisation through its next phase, working at the heart of one of Scotland’s most iconic and heavily visited landscapes. This is a senior leadership role combining strategic direction with hands on delivery, offering real influence over how people, place, and partnership come together across the Nevis area. The role Working closely with the Board, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership and management of Nevis Landscape Partnership. You will shape strategy, oversee finances and funding, lead project delivery, and build strong relationships with partners, funders, communities, and stakeholders. The role requires balancing long term vision with practical action, with a high degree of autonomy and variety. No two weeks will look the same. Working pattern This is a full time, permanent role based in Fort William. Flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the organisation, partners, and projects.



What we are looking for This role would suit an experienced manager with robust financial awareness, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to work closely with a Board. You should be comfortable leading people and projects, managing competing priorities, and making informed decisions that support long term organisational resilience. Experience working in or alongside the charity, environmental, community, or visitor economy sectors would be beneficial, as would an understanding of managing high footfall landscapes sustainably.
