Day-to-day, we provide legal advice; negotiate supplier and client contracts; manage corporate structures; handle company secretarial, data protection, insurance, and contentious matters; and ensure stronggovernance across the business. Growth and long-term sustainability are central to our approach.We are seeking a talented, ambitious lawyer with 4–6 years’ experience to join our Global Legal Team. This is a broad in-house role in a fast-growing company, offering exposure to all areas that require legal input. You’ll work with a team based across the UK, India, the US and Switzerland, supporting all regions.Key ResponsibilitiesWhat We DoOur team handles:Commercial contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs)Contract queries and disputesCorporate compliance and policiesCompany secretarial mattersIntellectual propertyInsuranceData protectionGeneral commercial and corporate legal adviceWhat You’ll DoDraft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreementsSupport contentious matters and proceedingsAssist with corporate projects and M&ADraft and update internal policiesContribute to group insurance matters and renewalsMonitor legal budgets and manage legal fee invoicesSupport wider legal projects,
