Reporting to the Director of Distribution Engineering & Asset Management, you will lead a diverse team, ensuring reliable performance of Hydro Ottawa's distribution network. By applying advanced analytics and overseeing grid management processes, you will serve as a cornerstone for compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and manage engineering teams for high performance
• Govern and maintain GIS data and engineering documentation
• Spearhead load assessments to facilitate customer connections




• Collaborate in developing engineering models for grid reliability
• Engage in technical presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Skilled Engineer in Ontario
• Five years of leadership experience in electric utilities
• Knowledge of ISO 55000 Asset Management is beneficial
• Strong computer literacy, especially Google Workspace
• Bilingual (English/French) preferred but not mandatory
