Enhance your welding skills at AMBICO as a Spot Welder. This full-time position involves using spot welding equipment to assemble high-performance door reinforcements in a supportive setting.
As a Spot Welder, you will report to the Lead Hand and work Monday to Friday from 2:30PM to 11:00PM. Your expertise in blueprints interpretation and attention to detail will be essential in marking and reinforcing doors and frames. If you have relevant sheet metal experience or are knowledgeable about AMBICO’s products, this role could be a perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow instructions to spot weld reinforcements precisely
• Mark door skins effectively before installation
• Operate spot welders and plasma torch efficiently
• Maintain part inventories and replenish as needed
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience with power tools and heavy machinery
• Knowledge of AMBICO’s products is beneficial
• Adhere to safety procedures and protocols
