This hands-on role offers the chance to shape architecture, boost performance, and drive innovation in a high-traffic environments.This is afully remoteposition to work fromCanada(Core Hours 9:30 am - 4:30 pm PST)Salary:CAD 130k to 160k gross/yearFully remoteposition to work in a payroll system.The company is base in Canada.Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of backend development tasks using PHP and Laravel, ensuring efficient and secure implementations.Design core backend systems to transition into a scalable microservices-based architecture.Develop and maintain robust APIs for both internal use and public consumption.Work closely with infrastructure and DevOps teams to enhance automation, monitoring, and deployment processes.Conduct peer code reviews, mentor team members,
