Become an Outreach Worker, supporting youth aged 15-21 in mentorship and life skills. This full-time role emphasizes advocacy, crisis intervention, and community engagement.
As a crucial member of the YWCA team, you'll report to the Youth Homes Supervisor/Manager and provide client-centered support. Your expertise with diverse populations will help you assess needs, set individualized goals, and foster meaningful connections. This role requires solid organizational and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support youth through mentorship and case management
• Assess client needs and develop personalized plans
• Transport clients to necessary appointments and activities




• Collaborate with educational and community partners
• Assist with program compliance and documentation
Requirements:
• Experience in human services or relevant education
• Strong skills in communication and time management
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's Licence
• Successful Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Checks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
