This part-time role focuses on the mental health and emotional success of students in the Senior School (Grades 8–12). You will work within a dedicated interdisciplinary team, providing individual counselling, developing IEPs, and contributing to risk assessments. Your impact will be rooted in fostering resilience, inclusion, and supportive practices within the school community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individual and small-group counselling for students
• Develop and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct risk assessments including safety planning




• Collaborate with faculty and families on student support
• Engage in school policy development and professional training
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in counselling psychology or related field
• Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or equivalent
• Valid BC Teaching Certificate preferred
• Experience with adolescent mental health
• Strong interdisciplinary teamwork skills
