Candidates will draft and modernize policies, support the Community Safety and Well-Being Strategy, and implement anti-racism initiatives. The ideal applicant should possess strong skills in project management and strategic planning to improve urban environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and update branch policies and procedures
• Collaborate on Community Safety and Well-Being implementation
• Evaluate strategic initiatives alongside partners




• Facilitate alignment of corporate and branch initiatives
• Maintain performance management frameworks for policing practices
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in relevant fields
• Minimum 2 years in policy writing and project management
• Experience in community or social development
• Knowledge of City Bylaws and related acts
• Strong analytical and cooperative skills
