Become a key member of our Infrastructure & Operations team, focusing on complex application administration and server troubleshooting. Expected to resolve elevated incidents, you will contribute to service continuity while performing onsite duties across multiple sites. Travel is a must to address regional IT needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address Tier 2 and Tier 3 incidents from support teams
• Identify root causes for recurring system issues
• Maintain and secure enterprise applications and servers
• Liaise with vendors for defect escalation and resolution
• Create documentation based on ITIL best practices
Requirements:
• 4+ years in systems and application administration
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Azure
• Valid Class 5 driver's license for required travel
• Active skilled credentials in ITIL or Microsoft
