Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and validate optical solutions for automotive lighting
• Support test requirements using creative methodologies

• Implement design changes based on testing outcomes
• Coordinate facility improvements and capital planning
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field
• Three years of engineering experience, including optical validation
• Knowledge of photometric testing and optical design tools
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication skills
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
