Institutional Content Marketing Manager
Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings. This role is hybrid, with the location being 483Bay Street in Toronto until late 2026 and then moving to 3RobertSpeckParkway in Mississauga. The role focuses on planning, developing, executing and maintaining content that supports Fidelity’s institutional marketing strategy, creating compelling campaigns and distributing marketing content across multiple platforms and formats to drive sales, increase engagement and promote awareness of Fidelity’s institutional brand, products and services.
Responsibilities
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns and execute marketing across all channels and formats.
- Source and create compelling content, including thought leadership, to promote investment capabilities.
- Develop purposeful, data-driven content based on market trends, research, and analysis to engage institutional audiences.
- Collaborate with the Institutional digital marketing team to review analytics and share insights, trends, and recommendations.
- Seek feedback from cross‑functional stakeholders and internal partners, demonstrating strong business judgement when implementing feedback.
- Work with the Institutional product team to ensure all prospect and client presentations are consistent with Fidelity Institutional Canada branding.
- Coordinate with design, translation and compliance teams to provide on‑time, on‑brand presentation decks.
- Support Fidelity Institutional social channels by executing campaigns and growing its presence.
- Manage the social media content calendar to deliver the right message at the right times, ensuring compliance and branding.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing or communications function.
- Experience in the asset management industry or similar financial services organization preferred.
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English/History, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of the financial services industry and the Canadian institutional market.
- Experience creating tailored, engaging content in a variety of formats and styles.
- Expertise in PowerPoint design and layout.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to leverage data to identify themes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and operational compliance in a regulated environment with minimal supervision.
Total Rewards
Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: A competitive annual range of $94,000 to $105,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
RRSP Contribution: After 6 months of employment, a company contribution is made (no employee matching required).
Compensation package aligns with provincial pay transparency requirements.
