- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of HR or administrative experience; internships or co‑op placements are welcome.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discreet, dependable, and able to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR software or HRIS is a plus.
- Knowledge of Alberta employment standards is an asset.
- Help onboard new employees and ensure all required documentation is completed.
- Maintain and update employee files and HR records in compliance with company policies.
- Support internal HR communications and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in coordinating training sessions, performance reviews, and HR-related events.
- Support payroll and advantages administration processes as needed.
